Weather: Clear and cool, High of 420F, low of 29.
In the morning I scouted Juergens houses, G37b and G37c. G37c was fairly clean as it is mostly bulbs (Velthemia etc), but I did find some two spotted spider mites on the Eupatorium. G37b has a lot of the non hardy standards that longwood grows. It had a fair amount of pests over the summer and there was a lot of dead aphids, scales and there combined honeydew and sooty mold. But, the Lantana standards had citrus mealybug, thrips and green looper caterpillers (that were pupating and had already done damage). I also found spider mites and thrips on the Cestrum newellii,on one quite severly.
After scouting me and Carolyn did our project for the hour or so before lunch.
